Additional learning needs (ALN)
We employ a team of support staff to help pupils with additional learning needs. Class teachers give individual and small-group help in class, and our two ALN Coordinators add targeted support.

Miss Mari-Ann Evans, ALNCo
We assess carefully to find out what each child needs, then plan work that fits. When a child needs more than we can offer, we ask the county's ALN service for specialist advice.
We talk to you before we put any extra support in place, keep you up to date on your child's progress, and invite you to every review. Our ALN policy is available from the school.
Equal opportunities
Honesty and the dignity of every person matter most here. We give every pupil and member of staff an equal chance, whatever their sex, religion, colour, language or disability.
Pupils with disabilities
We aim to be a fully inclusive school. We remove barriers to learning so that pupils with disabilities share every opportunity the school offers. Our Accessibility Plan sets out the changes we make to the building and to the way we work.
Looked after children
Gwyn Pleming and Mr Gafyn Lloyd Jones are the joint designated leads for promoting the achievement of looked after children.
