Cancelling

Illness

Collection
5:15 is the latest collection time. We charge a fee for late collection.
Mrs Rhian Roberts runs Clwb y Gollen. We expect every child to behave well at the club, and we may refuse a place to a child whose behaviour stays unacceptable.
Nursery children cannot use Clwb y Gollen, with one exception: a Nursery child whose older brother or sister already attends the school. Email the headteacher on 6602152_pennaeth.llanfairpwll@hwbcymru.net with both children's names.
Employer or college funded childcare: contact the office before you book.
Closed evenings: Clwb y Gollen closes on five evenings this year for staff training. You will find them on the term dates page.
Paying and balances
Both clubs run only if payments come in on time. Check your balance in MyChildAtSchool before you book. If money is tight, talk to Gwyn Pleming in confidence - we can arrange instalments, and we would far rather sort something out than turn a child away.
