Dear Parents,

This year's first parents' evening takes place on Monday 5 and Tuesday 6 October. It is a short video meeting with your child's class teacher, to hear how your child is settling in. At the next meeting, you can come into school to see your child's work.

How it works

• Each appointment lasts 5 minutes and starts on time. The system closes the call at the end of the 5 minutes, so we would be grateful if you could join in good time.
• Each child has one appointment. You can invite a second parent to join the same call, from work for example. Separated parents usually join the same appointment too, unless you already have a different arrangement with the school.
• If you have more than one child in school, you can book with each teacher in the same session.
• If you need more time, the teacher will be happy to arrange a further meeting.

Booking

Booking opens at 6pm on Wednesday 23 September and closes at midday on Wednesday 30 September. We cannot change or add appointments after that.

Check your login now. You can log in before booking opens, to make sure the system recognises you. Your title, name and email need to match the school's records. If Miss or Mrs does not work, please try Ms. If your current email does not work, try the email address you gave the school when your child first joined. If neither works, please contact the office.

On the evening, open the link at the bottom of your confirmation email and press the green Join Video Appointments button.
